Studio & Apartment Rental Information

Lake Street Studios rents studio spaces to working artists as part of our mission to support artists and the process of making art. Whether you visit the area for a week, or you live in Leelanau County, Lake Street Studios offers fine studio spaces located in the heart of Glen Arbor's commercial district, and area that has tremendous foot traffic during the summer months, and is nice and quiet throughout the rest of the year.
Lake Street Studios also rents an apartment to working artists that comes with the use of a studio space. 

All rental spaces are rented weekly or for longer periods of time, when available.

Artist Studio Rentals

We have three studios (Studios 1,2,3) that rent during the May to October season. These studios have a sink, tables and chairs and are well lit.

Apartment with Studio Rental

We also rent an apartment that comes along with the use of a studio. This apartment is on site and offers the visiting artist easy access to the resources at Lake Street Studios, as well as the surrounding area.

Center Studio & North Studio Rental

We have two additional studios (Center and North) that rent during the November to April season. These studios act as galleries during the summer season, and were the original working studios used at Lake Street Studios.
